The Kentucky Community and Technical College System (KCTCS) Board of Regents approved a 2013-14 budget of $928,704,000 during its quarterly meeting today at Southeast Kentucky Community and Technical College’s Cumberland campus. The budget includes a 2.86 percent increase in tuition for in-state students. The board also adopted KCTCS President Michael B. McCall’s recommendations for a two percent salary increase for full-time faculty and staff.
