Community Education Class to Benefit Aspiring Writers
MADISONVILLE, Ky.— Madisonville Community College’s (MCC) community education and workforce development department will be offering the class, “How to Write and Get Published” beginning February 12.
Cora Seaman (Alyce Godbey), author of Keeping the Promise, will help aspiring writers unlock the mystery behind getting published. Seaman will provide practical information about how to find an agent, submit a manuscript, select a publisher, or self-publish.
Students will receive researched materials including pamphlets from Writers Magazine and Writers Digest. Don’t miss this opportunity to learn from an experienced author and instructor.
Class will be held on Tuesday nights, February 12, 19, 26, March 4, and 11 from 6 p.m. to 8:30 p.m.
