Workforce Transitions Admissions Requirements

The following steps must be completed to be admitted to MCC as a Workforce Transitions student.

Complete the Workforce Transitions Application

Applications are available from the Workforce Transitions Coordinator or online.

Submit official high school transcripts or GED scores

All students must submit this information to complete your admission file. Transcripts/GED scores may be returned to Candace Bennett or MCC Records, 2000 College Drive, Madisonville, KY 42431.

Register for classes

For registration information or to schedule an advising appointment, students should contact Candace Bennett at candace.bennett@kctcs.edu or (270) 824-1998.

Students may be asked to submit ACT scores or take the COMPASS test before enrolling in certain courses. Test scores are used for determining course placement in some academic programs and are valid for 5 years. Complete the FAFSA

You may be eligible to receive financial aid or scholarships. If you’re interested in seeing what you can receive, you must fill out the FAFSA (Free Application for Federal Student Aid) online at http://fafsa.ed.gov.
