Scholarship Opportunities

Madisonville Community College offers a variety of scholarship opportunities for students. Awards are made without regard to race, color, sex, religion, national origin, disability or veteran status, except in cases where such are determined as criteria by the donor. Scholarship awards are based on the availability of funds and vary each year.

While priority is given to those who submit their application by this date, we continue to accept applications during the year. What to Expect After you Apply

Each application is reviewed and ranked by members of the Madisonville Community College Scholarship Committee. If the applicant is not eligible for awards, the Scholarship Coordinator will notify the student via the email account provided on the scholarship application. If the applicant is eligible and funds are available, the student will receive an acceptance letter at the address provided on the scholarship application. Acceptance letters are sent out no later than the beginning of June each year and must be returned to the Financial Aid Office by the date listed on the letter in order for the award to be added to the student’s financial aid account. All recipients of scholarship funds from Madisonville Community College must file a FAFSA annually, maintain Satisfactory Academic Progress, and meet the criteria for the awards they receive.

Please feel free to contact the Financial Aid Office if you need additional information or have questions about any of our scholarship opportunities, 855-55GO-MCC.
