Registration Quick Start

Registration Instructions

All students must meet with an advisor prior to registration, including those registering online.

Currently enrolled students

• Meet with your academic advisor to register for classes. Fall and Summer registration begins March 1. Spring registration begins October 1. 

New students

• New students must attend First Semester Experience (FSE) prior to fall and spring registration. Contact the Advising and Transfer Center (270-824-8621) to sign up for First Semester Experience. New students may register for summer classes without attending FSE.

All other students

• Contact the Advising and Transfer Center (270-824-8621) for registration information. Fall and Summer registration begins March 15. Spring registration begins October 15.

Key Dates for Summer 2013

• Intersession classes begin: May 14
• Last day for enrolled students to add an Intersession class (with instructor permission): May 14
• Summer session classes begin: June 11
• Last day for enrolled students to add a Summer session class (with instructor permission): June 11

• Last day to register for Fall 2012: Wednesday, August 14
• Fall 2012 classes start: Monday, August 19 
• Last day for enrolled students to add a class (with instructor permission): Wednesday, August 21
• Last day to drop a class without a grade; last day to withdraw and receive a full (100%) refund: Friday, August 23

Tuition & Fee Policies

• See current tuition rates.
• Tuition is due the first day of class, unless other arrangements are made.
• Tuition may be paid in person at the Business Office window located on the first floor of the John H. Gray Building on the North Campus. Alternatively, tuition may be paid online via Student Self Service.
